Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and US Possessions: The additional cost of standard shipping outside of the contiguous
48 states is due to using either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We use these shipping methods to ensure that
orders are received within the 4 – 8 business day delivery window. Shipping methods other than FedEx Ground or
USPS Priority Mail resulted in much longer delivery times—in some cases, up to 4 weeks— that were unacceptable
to most of our customers. For this reason, FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail have become our delivery methods
of choice for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Possessions.

All of the products should be packaged using the original box, if possible. Please enclose a copy of your original receipt, the credit or debit card number that was used to make the purchase, and indicate which item(s) you would be returning and why.
Broken & Damaged Items
When your order arrives, inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Unfortunately, there will be times when packages get damaged during the shipping process. If a product is damaged, email a photo of the damaged merchandise to email@example.com. We will either provide a refund or exchange the product(s).
All damaged products must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
